1. General
By booking any tour or service with Gateway Tourism, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance.

• A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

• Full payment should be completed before the start of the tour.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour will be eligible for a refund.

• No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.

• Gateway Tourism reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours in case of weather conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Guests must carry valid identification.

• Any damage caused to property or equipment during the tour must be compensated.

• Customers should follow the instructions of tour guides for safety.

5. Liability
Gateway Tourism will not be liable for personal injuries, loss of belongings, delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
